Rapid turnaround – orders are processed within 24 hours and are sent back to the centre the following week. We have nearly (and it pains us to say “nearly”) all photo packs delivered to the centre the week after photo day. Our photographers will organise all orders received before and on photo day within 24 hours and our state of the art production facilities can produce all your photo orders within the next 24 hours and have them on the courier to the photographer. This is how we have “nearly” all our photo packages in the hands of the parents by the week after photo day. This allows us to photograph centres up until the Friday one week before Christmas and still be able to have them in time for Christmas.
Accidental damage is covered by our lifetime guarantee on all photo packs
100% Lifetime Guarantee on all photos (we only use FUJI Crystal Archive photographic paper and Kodak Premier Paper). Even if you accidentally damage your photos, we replace them for free. Yes it happens sometimes, …you picked up your photos, got everyone back to the car and driven off home leaving the photo package on the roof for them to fall off and have a few cars run over them. Simply call us and we will sort out a new pack for you. This photo pack is something that we hope you love now and in 5, 10 and 20 years time, so it is important to us that every photo lasts a lifetime.

Beautiful and really capture there personality
Little images photographs of our little ones were done so well. I initially wasn't going to order day care photos but I couldn't resist the photos once I saw them. The ordering process was easy and lengthy ordering times are available. The turnaround time for the photos was incredible. I could not believe how quickly I received my photos.
